If your Muzura mat isn't right for you, we make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
How it works
- Email us at info@muzura.com with your order number
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once your item arrives back in good condition, we refund you in full to your original payment method (3–5 business days)
Damaged or wrong item? That's on us — replacement or full refund, your choice, and we cover return shipping.
