UK delivery costs and final price
Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Delivery is free for orders of £25 or more after discounts, and for qualifying orders containing two or more prayer mats under our free-delivery promotion, including when an eligible discount takes the total below £25. Available delivery options, discounts and the final total are shown before payment.
For UK orders, the checkout total is the final amount you pay. UK product prices include applicable taxes. You will not be asked to pay additional VAT, customs duties or courier handling fees on delivery.

Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from China. Our legal business is based in the United States; this is separate from the dispatch location. Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by the estimated transit time for your destination in the table below.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delays

Delivery responsibility and returns
For UK orders sent using a carrier we arrange or offer, goods remain our responsibility until you or your nominated recipient physically receives them. If delivery is delayed, lost or damaged, contact info@muzura.com; estimated delivery times do not limit your statutory rights.
We offer 30-day returns in addition to statutory rights. Returns go to an address supplied by our support team. See our Refund Policy for eligibility, return costs and refund timing.
